Required Skills:
- 5-7 yrs support exp for network infrastructure products
- Thorough knowledge of OSI model & interaction between layers
- Palo, Routing, Arista, F5, DDI (Infoblox), Wireless, Aruba, Cisco
- BSCS/EE or equivalent work experience
- CNP-level mastery of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, STP, TCP, UDP, NAT, HSRP/VRRP, VRF, QoS, Ethernet, Inter- & Intra-domain multicast
- CCNP or higher
