The HR team covers corporate functions for US as a whole and Global Transaction Banking. The successful candidate will be focusing their time on Transaction Banking.

Responsibilities :
- Support wider corporate function portfolio (inherit old reqs. as well as new roles, 20-30 reqs. at a time)
- Conduct intake meetings
- Manage ATS (Application Tracking System)
- Sourcing and filtering through applicants through different platforms
- Managing full lifecycle of requisition
- Conducting screening calls
- Gathering feedback
- Managing offer process
- At least 6 months of prior recruitment experience
- At least 6 months of prior sourcing/screening experience
- Experience with LinkedIN recruiter
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with SAP/ Successfactors
- Sourcing in Financial Industry
