We are seeking a learning experience designer to complete critical development of enterprise learning experiences. This role is essential to maintaining regulatory effectiveness and reputation while supporting the launch of high-visibility training. This role directly supports the mission by ensuring staff receive accurate training that enhances regulatory capability and maintains stakeholder confidence. Collaboration with internal departments, subject matter experts, and additional stakeholders across the organization will be required. Our ideal candidate has proficient understanding and experience with e-learning development software, LMS administration, and instructional design. Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Address high-risk training content related to SEC oversight requests, ensuring all materials meet regulatory standards and expectations
- Analysis and assessment of current training then provide instructionally sound recommendations for effective training solutions
- Design and prototype learning experiences to enable easy updates and align with enterprise training governance standards and best practices
- Develop training materials in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Create multimedia, visual/graphic design, and interactive course solutions
- Create e-learning activities that provide practical learning applications and enhance retention
- Follow established e-learning design and development standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with other training team members and subject matter experts to develop course content
- Apply knowledge of accessibility, copyright and intellectual property guidelines for e-learning
- Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control testing of courses prior to their release
- Collaborate with LMS administrator on testing, publishing, and launching of courses on the LMS
- Build cross-functional partnerships and working with all project stakeholders
- Continually evaluate feedback and work to ensure all learning experiences are consistent and uphold instructional design best practices
- Instructional Design certification or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Expertise with training authoring software: Articulate 360 suite, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
- At least 4 years' experience in an Instructional Design, e-learning Development, or Corporate Training role
- Expertise with evolving learning/training strategies
- Experience creating training for computer software in a just-in-time delivery format
- Experience with the ADDIE model for creating effective training deliverables
- Experience with educational video production, development, and editing preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary internal teams including graphic designers, subject matter experts, and leadership
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time, prioritize tasks, identify and mitigate risks, and meet tight deadlines while still maintaining high-quality work
