Job Description
The successful candidate will serve as the primary administrator for the Google Workspace environment, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant collaboration services across the organization. This role includes platform administration, identity and access management, security implementation, compliance support, operational maintenance, user training, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer all Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Meet, Chat, Calendar, and Gemini.
- Manage user accounts, groups, organizational units, licenses, and role-based access.
- Implement onboarding, offboarding, and identity lifecycle management.
- Configure and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and security policies.
- Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents such as phishing and unauthorized access.
- Support compliance with NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP requirements.
- Maintain governance documentation, operational runbooks, and security policies.
- Perform routine health checks, configuration reviews, and change management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and Google support.
- Develop and deliver Google Workspace training and best practices.
- Prepare monthly status reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
