About the Role:
SoftSprings Water Conditioning is looking for a motivated and reliable Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team. This position involves installing, servicing, and maintaining residential and light commercial water treatment systems. No prior experience is required — we provide full on-the-job training.
What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
- Install and/or service water softeners, filters, and related systems
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate service records and reports
- Manage inventory and basic vehicle upkeep
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (basements, outdoors, etc.)
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn — we’ll train the right person!
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday availability may be required)
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay commission
- Paid training
- Company vehicle and tools provided after initial training period
