Title: Senior ServiceNow Architect(WSD, EAM, Experience Mandatory)
Location: Dallas, TX(onsite from Day 1)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across WSD, EAM, ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, and integrations.
- Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.
- Design and govern Workplace Services including:
- Space Management
- Reservation Management
- Workplace Visitor Management
- Workplace Case Management
- Employee Experience workflows
- Design and implement Enterprise Asset Management capabilities including:

- Asset lifecycle management
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Work order management
- Inventory and spare parts management
- Vendor and contract integrations
- Define enterprise data architecture, integration strategy, and platform governance.
- Create HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents.
- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform health assessments.
- Mentor developers, consultants, and technical leads across ServiceNow engagements.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Drive platform modernization, upgrades, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.
