Infusion RN
5x8hr Days 0800-1630
Start Date: orientation every other Thursday for RNS,
Shift: 5x8hr Days
Daily Caseload: 70
Patient Ratio Experience: 1:4
Certs Required: BLS; ONS/ONCC (OCN Preferred)
Skills Required: CBCT/kV/mV imaging, Treatment - External Beam Therapy, IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy, Prophylactic Treatments; General Skills - Radiation Safety
Skills Preferred: Infusion Center Experience; Inpatient & Outpatient Oncology Experience
Years of experience REQ: 2 Years RN experience minimum
First-timers accepted: Yes
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? no
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No
Open to accommodating block schedule? N/A
Locals accepted: No
What is the local radius rule? 100 miles (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
Pending State License accepted: No - can sub with pending license though

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must live greater than 100 miles from the facility. Perm employees cannot return as travelers for 3 years after the last date worked perm. Must have clean license - no prior suspensions allowed - probations considered on a case by case basis. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician of record.
