Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) as a Scrum Master and remove team impediments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into user stories or process maps, and ensure successful implementation.
Conduct time and motion studies to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimized workflows.
Use Minitab and ANOVA for advanced statistical analysis and performance metrics tracking.
Drive root cause analysis using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and other quality tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
7 years of experience as a Process Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst.
Strong command of process analysis tools: Minitab, ANOVA, FMEA, Value Stream Mapping.
Preferred: Experience with PNC Insurance processes, systems, or regulatory frameworks.
Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) is a plus.
