Must-Have Skills
- 7–10 years of professional experience, preferably supporting technology-driven projects.
- Strong background in Agile delivery with hands-on familiarity using JIRA.
- Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and coordination skills.
- Experience preparing and delivering PowerPoint report-outs for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interact effectively with multiple leads and stakeholders.
Testing & Analysis Requirements
- Hands-on experience in test execution.
- Experience with parallel testing and reconciliations.
- Ability to:
- Identify reconciliation discrepancies
- Perform detailed research & analysis
- Review and compare data across multiple sources
- Eliminate false positives
- Identify and articulate true data issues
- Communicate problems clearly to Product teams
- Collaborate with teams to drive resolution of errors
