Job Title: GenAI Architect

Role Overview
The GenAI Architect will be responsible for designing and defining the AI framework that powers the Risk Scoring Engine and Audit Planning Engine. This role requires a strong blend of AI/ML expertise, software architecture experience, and hands-on understanding of generative AI models to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design for Generative AI–driven Risk Scoring and Audit Planning solutions.
- Define AI models, framework components, integration patterns, and workflow automation.
- Evaluate and select model types (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, NLP, etc.) based on business and technical requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end model lifecycle including data ingestion, training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant AI delivery.
- Establish standard operating practices for AI performance monitoring, governance, risk control, and bias mitigation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and internal stakeholders on GenAI best practices.
