Responsibilities:
- Soft Serve Preparation:
- Operate soft serve machines to produce high-quality, delicious ice cream products.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor and texture.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries about flavors, toppings, and specials.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep workstations, equipment, and serving areas clean and sanitized.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the shift to uphold hygiene standards.
- Cash Handling:
- Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Handle cash and other forms of payment with honesty and integrity.
- Topping and Presentation:
- Decorate soft serve creations with various toppings, sauces, and garnishes according to customer preferences.
- Pay attention to detail to ensure visually appealing and Instagram-worthy ice cream treats.
- Stocking and Inventory:
- Monitor inventory levels of ice cream mix, toppings, and supplies.
- Assist in restocking and organizing inventory as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work cooperatively with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
