Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Develop and deliver interactive dashboards and detailed reports for stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations that align with business goals.2. Strategic Decision SupportPartner with business units to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with company objectives.Conduct predictive and prescriptive analyses to forecast outcomes and optimize decision-making processes.3. Data Management & GovernanceEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and platforms.Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures.Advocate for and implement best practices in data governance and security.4. Leadership & MentorshipProvide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.Lead data projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.Stay current on industry trends and emerging analytics tools and techniques.5.
