Job Description:
Prepare and successfully realize strategic plan for ServiceNow practice growth
Act as a Capgemini ambassador in front of clients and product vendors
Identify, assess, and inform leadership of internal and external risks/issues
Represent the organization at community activities to enhance the organization's profile at various social communities
Develop delivery plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization
Monitor the delivery of the programs and services of the organization to maintain or improve quality
Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects
Determine staffing requirements for organizational management and program delivery
Recruit, interview and select staff that have the right technical and personal abilities to help further the organization's mission
Work with staff and Finance Committee to prepare a comprehensive budget
Provide the leadership with comprehensive, regular reports on the revenues and expenditure of the organization
Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of the work of the organization and to identify changes in the community served by the organization
Establish good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with community groups and internal stakeholders to help achieve the goals of the organization
What you bring:
Required:
15 years of experience in IT industry that includes managing IT Service Management practice in enterprise level organization
Very good understanding of ServiceNow platform and product features
Successfully managed implementation of large ServiceNow programs
Excellent presentation and team handling skills
Ability to define high level solution for ITSM, ITOM, non-ITSM, Business management using ServiceNow platform
Prepare and successfully realize strategic plan for ServiceNow practice growth.
Desired:
Bachelor Degree
ITIL and ServiceNow Certifications.
Experience in designing and developing solution as ServiceNow architect for implementing ServiceNow at enterprise level customers"
