Job Summary
The Compensation Administrator supports the design, implementation, and administration of organization-wide compensation programs to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with Agile Dream Team’s strategic objectives. This role contributes to compensation governance, policy development, and pay equity initiatives, helping to maintain transparency and fairness across all pay practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing and analyzing existing compensation programs and pay practices to ensure alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Support the development, implementation, and governance of organization-wide compensation policies and structures.
- Monitor pay equity and provide recommendations to ensure fairness and consistency across departments and roles.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform compensation strategy and salary ranges.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to provide guidance on compensation decisions and program changes.
- Maintain compensation databases, documentation, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership and audit purposes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Behavioral Science.
- Experience: Mid-Level position requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation administration, analysis, or management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in compensation benchmarking, analytics, and HRIS/ATS tools (e.g., BambooHR, PayScale, or Workday).
- Residency: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Washington D.C. (on-site role).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex pay data effectively to non-technical audiences.
