In this role, you'll build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing restaurant customers, identify growth opportunities, and serve as a trusted business partner. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective restaurant customers throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding communities.
- Manage customer accounts while identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow market share.
- Prospect and develop new business through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Sofo Foods' offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven outside consultative sales experience with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of the foodservice industry and restaurant operations preferred.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, developing, and opening new customer accounts.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a strong drive to achieve sales objectives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
