Role Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will perform a range of tasks to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounts receivable processes. Responsibilities include managing invoicing, processing payments, monitoring customer accounts for timely payments, and handling debt collection. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial records. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toledo, OH.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to monitor accounts and ensure accurate processing of payments
- Proficiency in Invoicing and Debt Collection to handle billing procedures and manage overdue accounts effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related role is highly beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
