Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled part-time Associate Dentist to join our rapidly growing dental practice and company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position would be offered to someone who is ultimately ready to transition into a full-time position in the near future. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional dental services. This is a high-volume restorative practice that presents an outstanding opportunity for whoever joins to achieve great success both clinically and financially.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient exams and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct various dental procedures, including restorative dentistry, cosmetics, extractions, and aligners.
- Utilize aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software, and ensure proper documentation of medical imaging and dental terminology.
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Experience
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in digital dentistry.
- Proficiency in restorative dentistry, patient assessment, infection control practices, and familiarity with medical imaging techniques is highly desirable.

Compensation
- Employee shall be paid the greater of:
- A competitive percentage % of collections for dental services personally rendered by the Employee; or
- A guaranteed minimum of Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($650.00) per workday
