This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programs, including base compensation, incentive plans, and benefits, that align with organizational strategy and support attraction and retention of talent. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing compensation planning cycles, conducting job evaluations, maintaining market-competitive compensation structures, and leading the development of total rewards policies and governance. The Director collaborates closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver clear communication of total rewards programs to team members. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, evaluating program effectiveness, and recommending enhancements to support a high-performing, inclusive workplace in a dynamic sports and entertainment environment.
