We are seeking a Senior Food Scientist specialized in Beverage & Marine-Based Innovation to drive product development and advance our pioneering technology. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waimea, HI. Responsibilities include designing and executing new beverage formulations, leading R&D experiments in the lab, conducting sensory and stability testing, applying food science principles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve product innovation. The candidate will also analyze data to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

• Strong foundation in Food Science, Food Technology, and Food & Beverage innovation
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting experiments
• Proficient in Laboratory Skills, including equipment operation, ingredient analysis, and formula testing
• Ability to collaborate across departments and apply scientific principles to solve complex challenges
• Familiarity with beverage formulation and understanding of marine-based ingredient applications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control methods
• Experience with functional food or beverage development is a plus
