Location: Auburn, WA | 🕒 Full-Time | Great Benefits | Family-Owned Dealership
Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $100,000.00 - $150,000.00; including monthly 6% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts (excluding warranty) in accordance with the terms of pay plan; 3.75% commissions of individual gross profit on parts Warranty individual gross profit in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.

- Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet service customers with a professional and welcoming attitude
- Listen to vehicle concerns and document issues clearly
- Communicate with technicians to determine service needs and timelines
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history and Honda guidelines
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Ensure smooth and timely vehicle pickup and payment
- Deliver top-tier customer satisfaction every single time
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A customer-first attitude and a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy service drive
- Familiarity with DMS software is a bonus
