What are the responsibilities and job description for the Graphic Designer position at SODO Management, Inc.?
We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This position will work closely with and support our Marketing Manager by helping plan, design, develop, implement, and monitor our advertising and marketing projects for our tobacco shop and grocery store locations.
Responsibilities include creating content using our in-house printing equipment, managing social media graphics, and producing materials for various channels such as website design, in-store signage, graphics, and merchandise displays. This role also involves assisting with installation of signage and displays at store locations, so the ability to lift, carry, and safely mount materials is required.
This role requires strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to design and print high-quality marketing materials for promotions, events, and store displays.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage company's social media and other aspects of advertisement by creating graphics.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media practices and technologies
- Adhere to rules and regulations
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required
- Excellent knowledge of Social Media Outlets
- Knowledge of web analytics such as Google Analytics
- Familiar with web design and publishing
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and safely install signage, displays, and printed materials across store locations.
