Roofing Coordinator
Reporting to Roofing Operations, the Roof Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and improving field service activities for our customers. This person provides support and guidance to field service personnel and customers to ensure that the services are effective and customer requirements are met from proactive and reactive level. This position along with the Roofing division supports Operations and Sales. This is a salaried, non-exempt position.
Technical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedules and coordinates service calls and preventative maintenance
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, including technicians, customers, co-workers, and management.
- Dispatches service technicians
- Creates dispatch tickets for service calls.
- Provides customers with status updates.
- Addresses customer concerns as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
- Technical Knowledge and Skills a plus.
- Understanding of CAD, a plus.
- Knowledge of software products specifically with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to use all office equipment.
- Time Management.
- Data entry skills.
- Adept in learning Roof Maintenance and Roof Leak Service
- Excellent communication skills
