Sodexo Live! is currently accepting applications for Banquet Server at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Required:
- Flexible working schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate well with direct supervisors, clients, and other staff.
- Receive daily assignments, set up and stock station as directed by Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
- Prepare ingredients to be used for daily menu offerings.
- Have a working knowledge of all culinary equipment.
- Serve Safe Certification required.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- 1 year experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment.
- Comply with Health Department regulations and requirements, as well as Sodexo Live's standards for sanitation and safe food handling.
NOTE: Other requirements will be discussed during the interview.
