Position Summary:

Sodexo Live! is seeking a dedicated Pizza Dough Maker to join our culinary team at Hard Rock Stadium. This role is focused on the preparation and production of fresh, high-quality pizza dough for a fast-paced stadium environment. You will be responsible for mixing, kneading, portioning, and preparing dough to support various pizza stations and food outlets throughout the stadium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough daily according to company recipes and production needs.

• Maintain consistency and quality in dough texture, rise time, and weight.

• Monitor dough fermentation and ensure proper storage and handling.

• Operate mixers, dough dividers, and other related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards (HACCP).

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to meet event timelines and volume demands.

• Maintain a clean and organized dough prep station throughout service.

• Assist with general kitchen duties as needed during event operations.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of culinary experience in a commercial kitchen, pizzeria, or bakery preferred.

• Strong understanding of dough-making techniques and basic culinary practices.

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays during events.
