Established craft soft drink manufacturing and distribution company is looking for a motivated, hands-on person who wants more than a traditional job. The right candidate will initially work alongside the owner to learn the entire operation - including syrup production, bottling, inventory, equipment, distribution, customer relationships,and day-today management.
As you demonstrate your ability to successfully manage the operation and grow the business, there is an opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and eventually fully manage the company, with the potential to invest in and acquire an ownership position.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has an entrepreneurial mindset and wants to eventually own a business.
2. Is willing to work hands-on in manufacturing and learn the production process.
3. Has experience in B2B sales, operations management or a related field.
4. Can develop relationships with customers and grow sales.
