Soda City Strategies is currently hiring Entry Level Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team supporting our partner, At Home Auto Glass. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, coachable, and ready to build a career in customer service, communication, and leadership.

No prior automotive experience is required, we provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Communicate with customers to provide exceptional support and assistance
• Conduct Vehicle Inspections
• Answer customer questions and help guide them through the service process
• Collect and accurately document customer information
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain professional and friendly communication
• Work alongside a supportive team focused on growth and development
