Job Description
With your time with us, you will:
- Exposure to diverse types of legal work in an in-house environment, including contracting, compliance, and risk management.
- Organize, maintain, and track contract status
- Conduct legal research on assigned topics
- Assist with Non-Disclosure Agreements and other similar documents to protect the confidentiality of the company’s proprietary data.
- Review trademark and copyright applications and enforcement of the company’s rights to its intellectual property.
- Learn and contribute to risk management functions, including insurance policies and ethics
- Cross department support including finance, HR, and acquisitions.
- Summarizing various legal documents, including contracts with customers , clients, and vendors.
- Review, organize, and summarize key legal terms of office leases
- Learn and support the use of AI tools and solutions serving the legal team and broader business units
Qualifications
- Must be a sophomore or junior or pursuing their Judicial Doctorate or related field
- Must be able to commit at least 32 hours a week in office
- Able to articulate how they demonstrate time management and organization skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
