Key Responsibilities:
Consultants will be responsible for supporting analyses under the guidance of other professionals from initial kick-off through preparation of deliverables, including presentations and reports. Specific project responsibilities include:
- Create, maintain, and analyze financial models and databases.
- Prepare project status presentations and update reports.
- Review, organize, and analyze documents.
- Compile detailed research, fact finding, and analysis.
- Analyze complex commercial construction project schedules.
- Perform quality control review and proper documentation of work product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Science.
- Creative problem-solving ability.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project) is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to travel and work overtime as needed.
