Job Description
The Project Engineer will oversee consulting projects in the following areas:
• Structural Inspections
• Reserve Studies
• Water Intrusion Investigation
• Property Turnover Surveys
• Concrete Restoration
• Painting and Waterproofing
• Asset Life cycle Analysis (ROI)
• Property Conditions Surveys
• Asphalt Pavement Evaluations
• Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement
• Roof Consulting & Design
• Expert Witness Services
• Seawalls & Retaining Walls
• Building Sciences
• Project Management
• Building Envelope
• (O.A.R.) Services
• Geotechnical
• Environmental Studies
Perform all other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
-BS Civil or Structural Engineering with 4-6 years’ experience and registered PE license
-Must have experience in a minimum of three of the following areas: building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades and fenestration
-Must be hands on and willing to climb roofs, crawl in tight spaces, etc.
-Must have the ability to communicate efficient and affectively orally and written with other staff members and clients
