About This Role
In this role, the focus is on ensuring that the priorities within the assigned scope are effectively addressed while deploying the Business Line strategy across the region to achieve our sales and profitability ambitions. The position contributes to shaping the North America (NAM) growth strategy for Power Monitoring and supports its execution and implementation. Acting as the key interface between the Business Line and NAM, the role represents the voice of NAM within the Business Line while also serving as the voice of the Business Line within the region. In addition, it brings a fresh perspective to identifying and addressing the opportunities and challenges facing the Business Line.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Maximize sales & profitability of existing offers:
- Identify needs for adaptation and additions to the existing offer to better meet local customer needs and regulations/standards; build profitability analyses to submit business plans to the BL marketing team.
- Contribute to the annual “Performance” plan and local structuring (customer action plan, communication plan, commercial plan).
- Identify new end-user segments, applications, and/or channels.
Contribute to the introduction of new offers in regional/country markets:
- Identify growth ambitions related to new offers: market analysis (PAM), set target market share, associated pricing, identify key success factors (training, specifications, business model evolution), be the voice of the region in the project process.
- Ensure and support the launch of new products (4Ps).
- Support countries in major communications & prescription events (trade shows, client seminars).
- Participate in the S&OP process and highlight major changes.
- Support country sales teams on major projects (escalation, T&C, technical-commercial offers, product & service).Support salespeople in deploying the “Performance” plan (in the field).
- Support market intelligence activities: evaluation of TAM/PAM/SAM (LISA tool).
- Contribute to the preparation of growth plans: expanding PAM, key success factors, adapting the business model / Document profitability analyses / Support implementation.
Essential Qualifications, Experience, And Skills
- Engineering degree or a minimum of 10 years work experience in the low voltage electrical or energy field, Master’s degree a plus
- 4 to 10 years Sales or Marketing experience in B2B in international environment
- Strong expertise in Power Monitoring is a must (hardware / software / communication protocols)
- International exposure required
- Strong application knowledge of metering & monitoring in different vertical segments in the low voltage market
- Analytical and synthesis skills (business plan, market analysis)
