Role: Infrastructure Engineer (Systems & DevOps)

Location: Centennial, Colorado (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)

SoCode Recruitment is hiring for a global engineering-led technology company seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to support its wider Engineering organization. This is a hands-on role focused on building, administering, and maintaining production-grade infrastructure across both on-premise and cloud environments, supporting the systems and platforms that engineering teams rely on day to day.

They’re looking for someone with a strong Systems Administration background who is comfortable across Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, networking, domain administration, and cloud services. The role is systems-first, but it will also involve supporting DevOps tooling and CI/CD environments in partnership with Engineering, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys infrastructure ownership and wants to broaden their platform and automation exposure over time.

What they’re looking for:

• 5–8 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering or Systems Administration supporting production environments
• Strong hands-on experience across Windows and Linux installation, administration, and troubleshooting
• Experience building and administering servers, storage, networks, clusters, and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Proxmox
• Background with Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, authentication services, and certificate management
• Exposure to cloud and SaaS administration, alongside experience supporting CI/CD tooling, GitLab, Jenkins, and scripting with Python or Bash
