Shop Help / Installer
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our shop! If you enjoy working with tools, learning new skills, and being part of a solid crew, this could be a great fit.
Position: Installer
Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily shop operations
- Help prep materials and tools for jobs
- Support installation projects (on-site and in-shop)
- Load/unload materials and keep workspace organized
- Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (or willing to learn)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Valid driver’s license
Bonus Skills (not required):
- Construction or installation experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Forklift experience
