Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM

Pay: $1,100-$1,400 per week (base incentives)

About Us

SoCo Solutions is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing Columbus team. This is a full-time, in-person role where you'll speak with customers face-to-face, develop strong communications skills, and represent well-known brands with professionalism and integrity.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide full, hands-on training to help you build confidence and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face-to-face to understand their needs
• Provide clear product information and personalized recommendations
• Represent our clients with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Follow a structured daily routine with support from team leads
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
