Overview
We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Brand Ambassador to join our growing team in Columbus. This is a full-time, in-person role where you'll represent well-known brands, speak with customers face-to-face, and help them find the best products and services for their needs.
If you enjoy talking to people, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team environment, this position is a great fit. No previous experience required, full training provided.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person to share product information and answer questions
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
- Learn product details and communicate them clearly
- Assist customers through the application or purchase process
- Work closely with team leads for coaching and daily support
- Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
