Job Summary
At SoCo Signs, we create custom apparel and signage that help businesses, schools, organizations, and events stand out. Every day is different. One day you may be embroidering hats for a local contractor, the next you could be printing shirts for a community event, producing banners, creating leather patches, or helping bring a customer's vision to life.
We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who enjoys working with their hands, learning new equipment, and taking pride in producing high-quality work. Experience is always appreciated, but a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important.
This is a part-time position (20–30 hours per week) with weekday business hours only. No evenings. No weekends.
What You'll Do:
No two days are exactly alike. Responsibilities may include:
- Operate commercial embroidery equipment
- Produce custom apparel using commercial ink printing equipment
- Print and finish banners, decals, and other wide-format graphics
- Create custom leather patches
- Prepare artwork and production files
- Trim, package, and quality-check completed orders
- Receive and process incoming customer orders
- Assist customers by phone, email, and in person
- Process customer payments
- Keep production areas clean and organized
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule

Experience with embroidery machines (Barudan), wide format printing (Roland), Adobe Illustrator (Vector Art), digitizing (Wilcom), commercial heat presses (Geo Knight), commercial lasers (Epilogue), and experience with vinyl graphic installs.
We are willing to train the right person.
