Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to ensuring the executive's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle and keep up with Financials
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate events, board meetings, and special projects.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience: 3 years of experience supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Google sheets, Excel, docs).
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Pay: $63,077.00 - $69,048.00 per year
