- Receive and respond to incoming calls from prospective and existing customers seeking commercial services.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to promote additional services, renewals, and upgrades.
- Manage and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert inbound inquiries into new customer sign-ups by effectively presenting service offerings and benefits.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize customer value.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the commercial growth team to align strategies and share customer insights.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a commercial or B2B environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
