We are seeking a Sr, Sales/Business Operations future employee to help support our rapidly expanding sales organization, here in Milpitas, CA.

**This person must be local, with the ability to come into office on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Order Processing and Management:
• Oversee the lifecycle of sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Manage the creation, approval, and tracking of purchase orders for third-party and intercompany transactions.
• Handle sales order issues and resolve them promptly to ensure smooth sales operations.

• Report Management:
• Maintain/track sales revenue report to ensure alignment with corporate metrics.
• Implement and maintain monthly finance reports.

• Systems Management:
• Implement and maintain integrated ERP, sales forecast, and demand planning management systems.
• Train sales staff on system use and optimize system functionality to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive customer master set up.

• Customer Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure high-quality supply and service.
• Negotiate contracts and evaluate performance to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate recurring meetings to support customer requirement needs.
• Implement and manage customer advance ship notifications (ASN).

• Process Optimization & Systems Alignment
• Implement best practices, monitor performance metrics, and drive process changes cross functionally.
• Communicating process gaps (including nonstandard work instructions) within the local and global organizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 10 years Experience
• Must have Inside Sales and/or Customer Interface experience in Semiconductor industry
• Excellent and proven customer focus with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities
• Energetic, thrives in fast paced, familiar with ASIC manufacturing process a great plus
• Must have strong proficiency with analytics and spreadsheet skills (Excel), PowerPoint
• Enjoys a very interactive (customer/phone and internal teams) environment
• Must be a strategic and out-of-the box thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, and strong customer relationship building abilities
• ERP and CRM tools experience is a plus
• Strong aptitude for learning new systems/process/procedures
• Bilingual Japanese speaker is a plus
