Print Technician

Each item is made-to-order, and artist designs are available on more than 75 premium products, including art prints, throw pillows, curtains, rugs, iPhone cases, bedding, and more.
Print technicians must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have great attention to detail. They are responsible for operating a large-format EFI printer and ensuring the daily workload is delivered to assembly efficiently. Must have a strong understanding of using PC based operating systems.

You’ll Report To: Production Manger
A typical day as a Print Technician might include:
● Working with the Sr. Print Technician / Manufacturing Lead to set daily objectives
● Following workflow methods and maintaining organization
● Consistently ensuring superior print quality
● Inspecting materials and products for defects to ensure they meet job specifications
● Ensuring the machine continues running at maximum operational efficiency
● Completing daily preventative maintenance
What you bring to the table:
● The ability to understand aspect ratios and measurements
● Proficient computer skills
● Understanding of company software related to position requirements (OMS)
● The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
● Excellent technical problem solving skills
● Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:
● Stand for 8 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation
● Lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Hourly Rate for US candidates: $19.00 per hour
