Hourly Rate : $3 3 - $37

Schedule : Monday – Friday with flexibility to work weekends and holidays when the family is in residence.

Compensation & Benefits :

33-$37 / hour (based on experience) with 40 hours of work guaranteed each week.
Full-time role with benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and a Simple IRA plan with employer match.

Job Summary :

A private family home in Manhattan is seeking an experienced Household Supervisor to maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and works well in a team.

Key Responsibilities :

Service & Hospitality : Set, serve, and clear meals, assist with packing, and handle personal errands.

Household Maintenance : Support housekeeping, oversee vendors, manage supplies, and maintain spare part inventories.

Property Oversight : Perform exterior cleaning, plant care, snow removal, and monitor mechanical systems.

Owner Support : Greet and assist upon arrival / departure, park and retrieve vehicles, and handle personal service requests.

General Upkeep : Conduct light bulb checks, A / V system inspections, and water treatment testing.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in a formal private residence.

Strong housekeeping skills, knowledge of fine surfaces, and meal service experience.

Leadership abilities and excellent communication.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when the family is in residence.

Valid Driver’s License required.

Valid US Work Authorization.
