Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for five young children ranging from infancy to school age
- Assist with morning routines, school preparation, and daily schedules
- Support children's developmental, educational, and social growth through age-appropriate activities
- Coordinate playdates, extracurricular activities, and outings
- Assist with bath time, bedtime, and overnight routines
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
- Maintain organization of children's bedrooms, play areas, clothing, and belongings
- Handle children's laundry, wardrobe organization, and seasonal clothing rotations
- Assist with packing and unpacking for family travel
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding schedules, activities, and developmental milestones
- Work collaboratively with other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Bachelor's Degree required (Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years of childcare experience, either through private families, education, camps, childcare centers, or similar environments
- Recent college graduates with strong childcare experience are encouraged to apply
- Genuine interest in child development and early childhood education
- Warm, engaging, and energetic personality
- Ability to manage multiple children and changing schedules
- Comfortable working in a fully staffed household environment
- Flexible schedule with occasional additional hours as needed
- Professional, punctual, and highly reliable
