Job Description of a Store Associate
- Exemplify the elements of SVDP: Spirituality, Friendship and Service in all phases of work
- Greet all customers in a friendly, professional, helpful, courteous manner
- Address customer concerns/complaints effectively and in a timely manner
- Accept donations and complete paperwork as instructions provide
- Strive to promote and maintain a clean, neat and organized backroom
- Assist with monitoring inventory level
- Adhere to and Assist management with all loss prevention, security and safety standards
Education/ Experience
- Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required.
