- Tues 10 am - 7 pm, Wed - Fri 8 am - 5 pm; Mondays off
- 19 patients per day
- Wednesdays are telehealth -- patients seen virtually or by phone
- Minor derm procedures or joint injections preferred
- Familiarity with buprenorphine/suboxone preferred
- Hospital privileges required
