About the Role
Society Mortgage is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and execution of our marketing efforts across digital, social, and internal channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities move quickly and ideas are brought to life.
You will play a key role in supporting the Society Mortgage brand, building out content, and executing campaigns that strengthen our presence and drive engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Develop ready-to-use content and marketing assets, including social posts, templates, and branded graphics
- Edit and repurpose long-form content (podcasts, videos) into short-form clips for digital use
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and landing pages
- Fulfill day-to-day marketing requests, including flyers, presentations, and social assets, with a strong focus on turnaround time and accuracy
- Maintain and manage the marketing content calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and templates for team use
- Assist with basic reporting and performance tracking
- Contribute to building and improving a scalable library of marketing templates and resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Strong design skills – Canva is required; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience with video editing and repurposing content (Reels, short-form video, etc.)
- Strong interest in marketing, content creation, and social media
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to take direction and execute independently
- Positive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
