Postdoctoral fellow or research investigator

Postdoctoral research fellow positions are available to study neurobiology and epigenetic mechanisms of pain and hypertension. Candidates should have solid graduate training in protein biochemistry, cellular imaging, neurophysiology, or epigenetics and a strong publication record using molecular biology, patch-clamp electrophysiology, or proteomics approaches. Ongoing studies include epigenetic and transcriptional control of gene expression related to chronic pain, ion channel physiology, synaptic plasticity, and cardiovascular control.
