In This High-impact Role, You Will Serve As a Subject Matter Expert, Translating The University’s Strategic Goals Into Tangible Campus Facilities. Your Primary Duties Will Include:

  • Strategic Planning: Leading long-range campus development efforts, strategic initiatives implementation, and architectural studies.
  • Design Solutions: Providing expertise on architectural, interior, and engineering issues aligned with the Physical Master Plan. Architectural Planning: Leading feasibility studies of building and site designs for various types of facilities, including infrastructure, sustainability, and accessibility aspects.
  • Space Planning and Management: Optimizing built environments through rigorous data analysis, programmatic development, and strategic space planning to inform and support high-level decision-making.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Coordinating with campus leadership, outside designers, and diverse stakeholders to ensure the highest and best use of space and resources.

  • Licensed architect or Certified Interior Designer with a minimum of five years of professional experience.
  • Experience with architectural design of complex projects, strategic planning for the physical campus, and/or space planning & programming.
  • Experience with university design and planning projects, either as a consultant or directly from university/institutional experience.
