Role Description The Social Media Intern role at SocialSoule is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting day-to-day social media execution and content production. Responsibilities include assisting with content calendars, drafting and scheduling posts across platforms, and helping source visuals such as photos, videos, and user-generated content. The intern will monitor social channels for engagement opportunities, respond to comments and messages under guidance, and gather insights from platform analytics. Additional tasks may include basic competitor research, brainstorming content ideas, supporting paid social campaign execution, and collaborating with the team to maintain brand consistency for multiple client accounts.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with an understanding of major platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Interest or coursework in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with the ability to think about content in terms of growth, positioning, and performance.
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills, with attention to detail and a brand-conscious tone of voice.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks for different clients.
- Basic familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, scheduling platforms) is a plus.
