The Role
We’re hiring an Account Manager (Paid Media Specialist) to lead client relationships and drive performance across paid platforms. You’ll be expected to own accounts, run media campaigns, pull insights from data, and collaborate with both clients and internal teams.This is a hybrid role. You should live in or near Philadelphia and be able to work from our office at least 3 days per week.
Annual Salary:
Starting at $60K
What You’ll Do
- Own the client relationship — lead calls, set strategy, and be the go-to
- Launch and manage campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Build media plans that map to performance goals
- Track performance and flag what’s working and what’s not
- Pull and analyze data — then turn it into clear takeaways
- Design and manage creative tests that lead to real insights
- Spot risks early and offer solutions before things break
- Collaborate closely with performance and creative teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years in marketing or growth
- 2 years running paid campaigns directly in-platform
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong in Google Sheets/Excel — you can model a media plan, track performance, and build formulas without help
- Solid communicator — clear, concise, thoughtful
- Able to present results and recommendations to clients
- Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple accounts
- Organized and self-directed — you move fast but don’t drop details
- Thinks in systems — can zoom out, spot bottlenecks, and make the right call early
- Curious by nature — wants to know what worked, why it worked, and how to make it better
Bonus if you have:
- Google, Meta, or LinkedIn certifications
- HubSpot experience
- Experience designing creative testing structures
- Familiarity with attribution tools or reporting platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Supermetrics)
