Socialike is looking for a Content & Account Coordinator to support both our creative and account teams.
You will be involved in content creation, light design work, and day-to-day account execution. You’ll be working closely with our Creative Lead and Account Managers to help bring campaigns to life and keep everything running smoothly.

Month 1

What You’ll Do
This role is a mix of creative and operational work. Rough breakdown:
- 60% account support
- 25% content creation
- 15% creative / graphics support
- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Manage daily community engagement (comments, DMs, tags)
- Assist with pulling reports and organizing performance data
- Work with Account Managers to identify trends and insights
- Help keep projects organized and moving forward across clients
- Create short-form video content for social (both on-camera and off-camera)
- Shoot and edit UGC-style content for brands across CPG and pet
- Capture retailer support content when needed (in-store, product-focused, lifestyle)
- Stay on top of social trends and bring ideas to the team
- Assist with light graphic design (social posts, decks, presentations)
- Work under our Creative Lead to execute concepts
- Help prepare content for client approvals and posting
- Active on social media and understands what performs (this matters more than formal experience)
- Comfortable creating short-form video content (on-camera is a plus, not required)
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Light experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Comfortable juggling multiple clients and tasks at once
- Someone who enjoys executing and getting things done
- Experience with Meta Business Suite or TikTok posting tools
- Agency experience
- Experience working with CPG or pet brands
Month 1
- Learn our systems, clients, and workflows
- Get comfortable with tools and communication style
- Start owning scheduling, community management, and reporting support
- Begin contributing content and creative support across accounts
- Work seamlessly with account and creative teams
- This is not an influencer role
- This is not a strategy-only role
- This is a hands-on execution role with creative exposure
- Remote position
- Monday through Thursday work schedule
