ABOUT SOCIAL VIEW AGENCY
Social View Agency is a fast-growing, nationwide social media and content agency powered by a network of 60 college partners. Through our Creative Internship Program, we give students hands-on experience and mentorship in content creation, marketing, and digital strategy.
This internship will focus primarily on creating content for our fitness studio clients, including Pilates and boutique fitness brands. Interns will gain real-world experience producing social-first content while working directly with our agency team to support client growth and engagement.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Loves social media, content creation, and digital culture
- Has an interest in fitness, wellness, Pilates, or active lifestyle brands
- Is comfortable on camera and enjoys creating engaging, authentic content
- Can generate original ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories
- Stays current on social media trends, editing styles, and platform updates
- Works independently, meets deadlines, and brings strong creative energy
- Is currently pursuing (or interested in) marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit assigned Pilates and fitness studio locations to capture video and photo content
- Film workout demonstrations, instructor content, member experiences, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional content
- Gather content according to shot lists and monthly content plans
- Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories
- Organize and upload content for agency review
- Brainstorm content ideas aligned with client goals and industry trends
- Participate in creative planning meetings with the Social View team
- Assist with content calendars, trend research, and campaign development
QUALIFICATIONS
- Comfortable on camera and confident creating a variety of content styles
- Interest in photography, videography, and video editing (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media best practices
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the agency team
- Reliable transportation to attend occasional on-site content shoots at local fitness studios

- Duration: ASAP – December 31st
- Hours: 15–20 hours/week (flexible; includes filming editing)
- Compensation: Unpaid; college credit available upon request
